The data we receive
Contact form
Name, company, phone, service required, site location, timeline and description of your needs.
Online quote
The site outline drawn on the map and its measurements, site type, services, deliverables, frequency and your contact details.
Direct exchanges
Calls, emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.
Fields marked as required are needed to answer you; the others are optional. This information is not stored by the website: when you click “Send”, your WhatsApp or email app opens with a pre-filled message that you are free to edit or not send.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a proposal or quote.
- To prepare and carry out the survey, then deliver the results.
- To manage the business relationship and meet our legal obligations, including accounting.
We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.
Who has access
Only the SKY SURVEY staff handling your request have access, together with the technical providers strictly required: messaging services (WhatsApp, email) and the website host. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for their own use.
Transfers outside Morocco
Messaging services and the website host may store data on servers located outside Morocco. These transfers are subject to the conditions set by Law No. 09-08.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request. If a survey is carried out, it is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for the period required by our legal obligations.

Access
Find out whether we process your data and obtain a copy (article 7).
Correction
Have inaccurate or incomplete data updated, corrected or erased (article 8).
Objection
Object, on legitimate grounds, to its processing, and free of charge to its use for marketing (article 9).

Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with Morocco’s National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP), www.cndp.ma.
